Paper crafting in my spare time!
I’ve been crafting to keep myself occupied recently which is helpful to take my mind of life. So this challenge is using an imaged from our sponsor this time is Colour of Love. Join us at Through the craft room door (TTCRD) and lets see what you can do. It’s always lovely to see your creations.
I coloured the image with chameleon pens, kept the image the focal point by adding a gold mat, but felt that the papers set off the colour combination.

I love this image, so many lovely colours. I used my Chameleon pens (OR3, OR4, YO3, YL2, GR3, BL3, NU1, NU2, BV4, BL6, RD4, RD2, PK3, PK5, GR1, PR4, BL2, NG4, YG3, VO4) to colour the image and then did some simple mats to showcase the image. I felt it was a bold image and it stood out and it didn’t need any distractions.

For this I’ve coloured the cake with Chameleon pens (VO2, NU0, YL2, RD4, YO2, BL3, PK3, RD2, YO3, GR2, GR4). Of course the cake has a cherry on top! I chose a backing paper paper from Papermania which had cupcakes on it. I mounted this on a green mat and used the same paper to make a lacy overlay.
