CRAFT challenge – #615

The sponsor for this challenge is Sweet n Sassy and the theme is Christmas – non traditional colours. Each week we invite you to join us at Trimmies Craft Challenge going with the theme.

The cute little mouse snuggled up into the hat was coloured with Chameleon pens and then given a bit of glitz and glam by adding glimmer powder. I cut the image out on my scan n cut and then worked on the background. I took my card blank and stamped in a versamark clear and added pink embossing powder. I then added some more glimmer dust into the winter themed background border stamp.

As always it’s lovely to see that you’ve stopped by to leave a comment. Thank you.

CRAFT challenge – #609

The sponsor for this challenge is Sweet n sassy. Each week we invite you to join us at Trimmies Craft Challenge.

With everything that has been going on in the last 18 months I think that our children need a card like this to tell them we love them and that they are unique and that they will come through this.

I’ve coloured this sweet little Sweet n Sassy digital image with chameleon pens, mounted it onto a note page created from an embossing folder and inked with Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide. Onto that I have stamped “Be Unique” which is a Woodware clear stamp

CRAFT challenge #547 – Female

Come and join us at Trimmies Craft Challenge. Our sponsor this time is Sweet n Sassy Stamps.

The image is coloured with Chameleon pens YL2, YO2, YO3, GR2, GR4 and inked to soften the Engels of the image mat with Distress Oxide Ink fossilized amber. I added to this by stamping a sentiment with Archival ink Jet black and drew a double wavy border around the topper to frame it. This was mounted onto yellow pastel Adorable scorable.

#492 CRAFT challenge – Make Your Own Embellishment

Come and join us at Trimmies Craft Challenge. Our sponsor for this challenge is Sweet n Sassy.

The embellishments I’ve made for this project as the die cuts at the bottom of the image and also the three dots to the top right of this card. I made the dots from a hot glue gun and coloured them with my Chameleon pens.

This is such a cute koala, I love him! He is coloured with Chameleon pens. They are so good for getting a gradient like on the watermelon.

The background is created using a splatter stamp in various orientations with second generation prints and various complimentary different colours of distress inks.

The “thanks” text is one of the standard words that I’ve cut out from my scan n cut machine and I’ve just filled in the heart holes with the red used for the mount.
