I chose to use an ADU image I already had. The image is coloured with Chameleon pens (NU1, NU4, NU0, NU00, NG4, OR4, NU2, YL2, YO3, YO2) plus Chameleon fine liners (GR2, YO3, BG1, NU3, RD5, BG3, TD5).
As always, I hope that you like the card. It’s lovely to see that you’ve stopped by to leave a comment. Thank you.

I chose one of this flower vase with the poisoned petunias. It is coloured with Chameleon pens and the background of the topper was then inked with Weathered wood distress oxide.
This was then mounted onto black card onto a kraft card blank

I chose one of this flower vase and this beautiful sentiment. The sentiment resonates, I think, after all of the lockdowns we have had over the last 18 months or so. Everyone has had their moments, but we have come through it and survived!
I coloured the image with chameleon pens and added some ink around the topper to help frame the image, but wanted to soften the block shape by adding some die cut borders. This was put onto a darker pink mat and all of this is added to a pink and white polka dot 300gsm base card.

I created my card using the following:
KLM Sunflower cups digital image
A4 white 300gsm base card
Chameleon pens (BR1, WG3, NU1, NU3, YO3, YO2)
Matte gold mats
Blue paper for the background
Tacky glue
The image I chose to use was these lovely cups along with the sentiment about friends. Friends often meet for coffee or tea so this felt like a card I would send to a friend to let them know I was around by writing we should meet for a catch up coffee (even though I don’t drink coffee).
I coloured the cups and tried to give them some texture as if they were stoneware cups. Then I cut out the cups and mounted them onto a blue mat as I felt this was a good contrast colour. Next I added a matte gold mat to both the image mat and the sentiment bringing things together.
As always, I hope that you like the card. It’s lovely to see that you’ve stopped by to leave a comment. Thank you.

Distress oxide inks – Victorian Velvet and Picked Raspberry
Studio light ticket stamp and die set
Tattered lace starburst ovals
Leaf die
Fuchsia pink paper
Sparkly cream 240gsm card from pink frog
Gems
Paper trimmer
Anita tacky glue
The image I chose to use was this lovely postbox. With the hearts on it, it screamed anniversary to me and love, hence why I coloured it in red and pink Chameleon pens.
I recently picked up the ticket cutting die and decided that I wanted to team these up with the postbox image. I die cut 3 of these, created a background with some Victorian Velvet distress oxide ink then stamped with picked raspberry using some of the stamps from that set and others from another set. I mean it’s great to mix and match your stash isn’t it!
I cut out the starburst ovals but also kept the centre and used a pick up technique, with the distress oxide picked raspberry ink, to colour this mat. Next cutting out a few of the leaves too.

Coloured with Chameleon pens, t ty his image made me think of all of the people that have been out nurturing their gardens while lockdown has been going on.

With everything that has been going on in the last 18 months I think that our children need a card like this to tell them we love them and that they are unique and that they will come through this.
I’ve coloured this sweet little Sweet n Sassy digital image with chameleon pens, mounted it onto a note page created from an embossing folder and inked with CrackedPistachio Distress Oxide. Onto that I have stamped “Be Unique” which is a Woodware clear stamp

Good Morning All and a Very Happy 12th Birthday to us all here at CRAFT Challenge!!
This year we are 12 years old already and still going strong. Only one team member has been present from the start, Jo. Jo says: I have seen a lot of team members come and go over these 12 years, but all have been fabulous and very talented. I feel honoured to be working with such talented and lovely people. Even though my time is limited these days, I still love being part of this team.
If you feel you would like to join our fabulous team, then just have a look at our DT Call page, which will inform you of any openings on the team. Or simply get in touch with us and let us know.
And now it’s time for our birthday celebrations. This week our challenge is
Birthday! (What else could it be?) Anything that fits in with this subject, qualifies for entering this challenge.
There is a maximum of 1 entry per person for this challenge and as always it needs to be recent (new) work (so created and posted after this challenge has started). Although we love to see your work, it would put those contestants that put more than 1 entry in at an unfair advantage. The same limitation exists for the prizes to be won on the blogs of our DT members.
Please also turn word verification off as this makes leaving a comment on your lovely creations much easier. We will not leave a comment if you have word verification switched on.
Here is an alphabetical list of the fabulous sponsors for our Blog Hop, all loyal supporters of our challenge blog:
The rules this year are very simple:
1. Make a project for this challenge and we will put your entry in the random draw for the prize from Sweet n Sassy.
2. Visit the blogs of our DT and enter their Linky or their comments if no Linky is in place to be put in the random draw for the prize on their blog.
3. As always, we will choose the Top 3 as we do every week and this week each Top 3 will win a prize too.
