Come and join us at the CRAFT challenge this week. Our sponsor for this challenge is Bugaboo Stamps.
One of the girls at work has just left on her maternity leave so this card was ideal for me to make and I love the image and sentiment. I didn’t know when I made it whether she was expecting a girl or a boy so I stuck to yellow and green to be neutral.
The yellow card is adorable scoreable and the green dogtooth and grey I had in my stash. The image was coloured with Chameleon pens. The image is ‘Bentley on the inside’.
Come and join us at the CRAFT challenge this week. Our sponsor is The Paper Shelter.
The background and foreground images are both from The Paper Shelter and the image is called ‘Flight Plan’. I coloured the image with Chameleon pens and cut some ferns and snowflakes to put behind the main image. You can imagine all of the little children awaiting Santa’s well planned visit on Christmas Eve.
Our sponsor for this challenge is Digital Delights so come and take a look and join us at the CRAFT challenge. I chose Poor Luvvy.
Recipe: Digital Delights ‘Poor Luvvy’ digital stamp, a 6×6 300gsm white card, gold card, coordinating paper, 3 flowers, 3 blue stones, distress inks, and chameleon pens.
I coloured the image with chameleon pens and searched through my stash (as you do!) to find a background for the image to sit on. This was then die cut to create the mat, as well as the gold card. I inked the base card and the flowers to co-ordinate with the image and background and put the card together.
Our sponsor for this challenge was Eureka Stamps and I chose to use their “flower border” digi stamp. Head over to the CRAFT challenge to join us this week.
I had a couple of rabbits and the girl stamp in my stash as well as the background. Putting these together made me think of Easter, spring and April showers. I hope you like the combination.
Our sponsor for this weeks CRAFT challenge is DRS Designs pop over and join the challenge at the CRAFT challenge. The digi designs I have been using for this challenge are “see you later alligator” and “skippy the penguin”.
For this challenge I chose a text block to be the main focal point of my card as we often don’t use them we just add an appropriate sentiment based on theme.
As well as the DRS designs images I also used a butterfly stamp from the Flutterby collection textured elements. The background stamp was from Hobbycraft and was their “A6 animal print background” and also Ultimate Crafts “Bricks and Paving” stamp set. The sunflower was one I had in my stash and to accompany this I chose an exotic looking stem!
