Paper crafting in my spare time!

For this card I’ve used stamps from Stamp Addicts – the bird and one of their wavy sentiments. I stamped the bird onto some tan coloured card, then watercolored and added some red and brown distress inks to colour him like a robin since this is a Christmas challenge. The background paper is one from Dovecraft.
This is a card for a girl at work who is turning 18 this month. I’m hoping she likes it!
I chose a Gorjuss girl with her handbag as the recipient of this card always dresses well and likes her handbags and it’s an appropriate image for someone coming if age.
I used a side stepped card in kraft card for this project and inked the background, the stamped images, the die cuts and coloured the image with the same inks. I used a Dovecraft stamp for the happy birthday. A combination of Kaisercraft “perfume” and Tim Holtz stamps for the background. Then Papermania stamps and dies for the 18TH.
