Come over to the Dream Valley challenge and join us for our latest challenge!
I’ve had the paper I’ve used in the background for some years but never quite had a use until now. It’s funny how when a project comes along you know just the things that will go together! As our sponsor for this challenge is dies to die for, I’ve chosen various dies that I had. A Tim Holtz alterations die, a feather die and two nested dies to set off the sentiment.
The feathers were cut from a background I’d made from brusho, spritzed with water and when dry it brushed out some pixie powers to give some depth and shimmer to the project. On top of this I sprayed some gold crafters companion spray and sparkle.
The background paper I cut the Tim Holtz diamonds alterations die out of the top corner and the pieces that came out I used for depth and texture by sticking them at various places on the paper I’d cut to 6×6.
The sentiment plates were cut from a coordinating piece of card that I’d made with inks on a background making day. These were die cut and on the front piece I added the sentiment in stone grey stazon and the back piece I sprayed again with the crafted companion gold spray and sparkle.
